This is the most delicious Premium A rice in the Hokuriku region.

It is grown in the mountainous areas of Ishikawa Prefecture, in fields at an altitude of 80m or higher with good irrigation conditions. The large temperature difference between day and night in mountainous areas produces high-quality rice. This rice is sticky, glossy, and aromatic.

Use 50% or less of pesticides, use 50% or less of chemical fertilizer. Compared to the prefectural customary level, the number of times that target pesticides are used is 50% or less, and the amount of nitrogen in chemical fertilizers is 50%.
