* Frozen products are packed in cardboard boxes using insulation and ice packs separately from room temperature products, but please note that they may be delivered in a semi-thawed state depending on the weather and other conditions . They are not delivered frozen. Please store them in the freezer as soon as you receive them.

*If you order frozen products, a packing fee (£6.50) will be automatically added. If you spend a total of £100 or more, the packing fee (£6.50) will be free.
