For deliveries outside the UK we will use DPD or UPS .
*We do not deliver frozen or fresh foods overseas.

After your package has been shipped, we will send you an email with details of the delivery company, your package number, and the expected arrival date.
You can track your package on the delivery company's website, so please use that.
Delivery areas outside the UK Mainland:

TK Delivery is available from £80 . No packing fee for frozen items! (Delivery will be by refrigerated truck) Free shipping if no time is specified !
*Please note that the packaging fee for frozen products will be refunded at a later date after payment has been made.
*No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
*If the total weight exceeds 30kg, we may use a delivery company to deliver the item.
Please note that in this case you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
With TK Delivery Service, our drivers will deliver your luggage directly.
