This is the most delicious Premium A rice in the Hokuriku region.

It is grown in the mountainous areas of Ishikawa Prefecture, in fields at an altitude of 80m or higher with good irrigation conditions. The large temperature difference between day and night in mountainous areas produces high-quality rice. This rice is sticky and has excellent luster and fragrance.

Use 50% or less of pesticides, and 50% or less of chemical fertilizer content. Compared to the prefectural customary level, the number of times that target pesticides are used is 50% or less, and the amount of nitrogen content in chemical fertilizers is 50%.
