This Junmai sake is carefully brewed using only Fukushima Prefecture's unique variety "Ten no Tsubu" rice. In order to fully bring out the flavor of "Ten no Tsubu," the rice is polished to 80%, resulting in an old-fashioned flavor. The result is a sake with a rich aroma and a strong flavor, but with a sharp finish. Please enjoy it chilled, at room temperature, or warm.
