A traditional red miso soup. It is packaged at Yahagibashi in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture. It retains the richness and flavor of Hatcho miso and blends it with the soft taste of rice koji miso to create a mellow flavor. For ingredients in miso soup, you can use standard tofu, wakame seaweed, as well as taro, radish, eggplant, shijimi clams, and clams.
