Frozen items are delivered separately from non-frozen goods, using insulation and ice packs as with standard deliveries. However, we cannot guarantee delivery in a frozen state.

Please note that refunds or exchanges cannot be accepted for reasons other than complete thawing of the product, including delays caused by the delivery company.
